If your limited company is a “plc” or a "Ltd" company you may need an audit of your accounts. The rules are shown on Companies House website guidance booklet GP2.
The rules for charities are shown on the Charity Commission's website.
We are authorised to carry out audits by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and specialise in both commercial companies and non-profit organisation audits.
Our audit approach will focus on those areas of the organisation that are considered significant to the results for the year and the position at the balance sheet date.
At the conclusion of each audit we provide you with a management letter giving feedback on the conduct of the audit and matters arising from it.
Our audit team is conversant with International Accounting Standards and currently reports to one of the leading 5 audit firms on the accounts of a UK subsidiary of a Scandinavian holding company.
When we first take on your audit we will provide you with a "capped fee quote", this means that the fee for the audit will not exceed the quote and should our time records show that in fact, at our normal rates, the fee is less, you will be charged the lesser sum.
Call Gary Wong or Derek Rothera +44 (0)20 7226 1199 or email us from our contact page to discuss your audit requirements.
